Fantasy - Reality??

Ok - I may be new but what the hell! Also I have not yet had the chance to read everything, so I hope this topic isn't a repeat.

Everybody has fantasies, but I am interested to know people's experiences of turning those fantasies into reality. Was it as you imagined? Was it better? Was it a disappointment? Are we ever satisfied? Do we always crave more - reach for the unattainable?

I have turned several of my fantasies into reality - some are a bit too far out to do even if a partner would participate.

Some things were fun and enjoyable, arousing and exciting to do with someone else. One was very exciting at the time but I felt odd afterwards. I think because she did it as a "favor" for me- and was not all that turned on or excited herself.

Best way is to have a partner that is not just willing but likes the fantasy as much as you do - I think that's a bit rare, but wonderful when it happens.

I think I am of your thinking... there are fantasies that can be carried out within and existing relationship, fantasies that push the boundaries a little, and fantasies that should really be kept in the mind. I realise that everything is relative and depends upon the individuals concerned. One fantasy of mine also tuned out to be a fantasy of my partners - we managed to live it out and were both excited by the desire and by the actual act. However, we both felt incredibly uncomfortable in our minds for a long time afterwards.
