Fantasy/nonhuman/romance Editor available

Currently schooling to become a professional writer. I have a few half-started stories that I have started. But due to shyness and other reasons I have not yet put them on the site.

However, to keep my editing eye keen, I would be more than happy to edit your stories. While I am happy to aid grammatical and spelling errors, my main strength lies with structural editing (such as plots and characterisation).

My particular interests are fantasy, nonhuman and romance. If you would like to know more, please feel free to ask in a private message.

Please note that I am Australian so there may be a few spelling differences. While I am usually fine with spelling for American stories, I do slip up now and then...I am only human.

You may be surprised...too many opinions may ruin the flow or disturb the original concept.

Momentarily closed. Not only am I currently bed-stricken with a flu, but I have received messages abusing me for not responding within a 24-hour bracket.

I must point out that editors on this site are volunteers and work for free. We have real lives which include full time jobs and other demands that prevent us from replying as promptly as you might wish. Also, as a woman on this site, I am bombarded constantly with messages from men. So not only do I have to spend what little time I spend on this site shifting through rather disgusting messages, at times I simply just don't have the time to respond in one day.

I thought I was doing a nice thing by offering my services, FOR FREE, to other creative souls. But this latest fiasco has turned me off. I may re-open this service again at a later date, but for now, I am sorry, but it is closed.

I am truly sorry to the few writers here that are respectful of editors. It is a shame that a few inpatient souls seem to ruin it for the legitimate.
