ok, so I've decided I'm unable to learn the football players fast enough to be competitive in my fantasy football league.

do you have suggestions as to what I should be doing? Should I switch a couple of these players around?

It looks good to me, but I thought I'd get other people's opinions.

I only have the three RB and thought I'd play them all. I'm not sure if anyone would want to trade for more. I was away the weekend of the draft, so other then switching the list around a bit - the computer picked the players.

Get away form Mcnabb Try to pick up brees or carson palmer

WR: Owens and wayne fine, Find another back up - M robinson will only have 2 or 3 good weeks this year and you will never know when

RB Dillion good..bennet.... hes a back up that team is in trouble look to the free agents

TE...good until he gets suspended for his recent guilty plea... have someone ready to replace him

kickers...who care DONT carry two !!!! use that spot for a perspective break out player

DEF..... in a 10 team league you dont need two and NE isnt bad if thats ur only one

lol.. I'm not sure. I thought I'd figure it out as the season went . I watched last week and am checking it out this Sunday. I'm really, really new to football.

I was going to ask on Lasher thread, but they're all very intimidating with the amount they know. I thought I'd be a dumbass all on my own. ;)

I went witht he RB, because they are suppose to make the most points in a fantasy team.

If you click the names, you'll see further down they have team matchup and rankings... Put Dunn in at RB... Bennett at the flex, and see whether they think Marcus Robinson is a better shot against whoever the Vikes are playing this week (Damn, I cant find it right now, its normally out on tuesday afternoon)

this is great. thanks.
McNabb has been getting me lots of points. He seems like a keeper? Why do you think he should go?

what's wrong with Bennet?

I'll have to think about the rest. I tend to spend a lot of time looking at what the computer is saying. As, that is what I have until I've watched more.

McNabb was injured and had a bad game last week, but he's fine and he'll be playing Sunday. I'm keeping him in. I'd advise you to do the same unless you have a really good backup QB.

When I switch the players around - can I switch them right back again if it doesn't look good... or do I have to wait a week?

She has Carr which is alright if you can guarantee he'll be upright, but McNabb is playing the 9ers so it wont matter really anyway, as much as I love my team

Bennett is bad because Minnesota forget how to run, and 3 people get the carries that are left (I should know, I have on in the other league)

And yes drop your spare K for a running back in your position...

The question at the bottom... you can switchem ever second till I seem to remember about 5 min before play for any player involved... then he is locked in that position... which means if you have 2 playing late games, you dont need to decide who till about 3:59 EST.

Bennet: He play on MINNE.... a team with troubles may score you points now but come the end of the season when all the in fighting starts he will be dead weight. Let him have one or two great weeks and then trade him.

McNabb: McIrish has been big potential for a long time. Hes had One solid Fantasy season. A couple OK Again if hes doing well trade him Otherwise run with spild performers on good teams like brees and Palmer. Maybe keep Mccy on your bench with either brees or palmer and play the weekly matchups and maybe someone weak at QB will just offer you a nice trade for Mccy becasue they see him on your bench.

Finephilly, I understand you sentiment to stay with mcnabb but hes just hasnt been kind to fantasy owners..... when you have needed him most he hasnt always been there

No, no, no, my sweet! Don't despair...

You're starting roster should be good enough to carry you through this weekend...

I know what you mean about the Leaugue 1 being intimidating... Don't fret...

I'm going to start a thread for us (supposedly clueless) league 2'ers :)

Listen to Conntom, I agree with most of his comments.

you're cute too

I am available for private consultations for a small fee.

I am the dynasty of my fantasy league.

But dont ask me anything about fantasy other sports. I know nothing until football season.

I decided not to wait. :) This way I can ask dumb questions and it's my thread, so pttttth.

;)

fluffPE - that's Sandra Bullock, but I agree. She's cute. :D

Ya know, I debated about having a separate thread for League 2, but my initial thought was the League 2 people would be able to ask questions of the League 1 people since you're all right there.

But if it seems intimidating this can become the League 2 thread if we want it to be.

It's a 14 team league. What makes you think they're available?

Not really intimidating... It's just that League 2 peoples need to BS with other League 2er's...

We'll start some talk tomorrow... I've got the stat tracker and if anyone wants to play :)

Hey ConnTom was that you last week? Who's butt I kicked?

McNabb appears to be doing quite well. I just wish I could see the game.

Projected Season:
Palmer 3,666yrds 23.1TDs 18.9Int 40.1Rush 0.7Rush TDs 1.4Fumbles 195Points

Brees 3,400yrds 25.4TDs 14.9Int 45.7Rush 0.4Rush TDs 1.6Fumbles 209Points

McNabb 3,864yrds 34.1TDs 13.7Int 167Rush 1.0Rush TDs 3.7Fumbles 280Points

Seems like McNabb is the projected better player by a lot. Well unless ya think 71/85 points isn't much in fantasy football. :)

Keep McNabb unless you can deal him for 2 good players. I'd say pick up RB V.Morency. He will get some carries but he will get most of his points on returns. Which is must better then a kicker that is NA
