Fantasy Baseball

Spring is almost here and it's my favorite time of year!!

Anyways, for the past couple years I've been involved in online fantasy baseball leagues. And as much fun as it is to kick the asses of people you don't know, it's even more fun to kick the asses of people you do. So if anyone here is interested in joining me in a league, say so here. There's room for 10 people in the league (well, 9, since I'm already in). When I've got 9 other people that are interested I'll email you the URL for the Fantasy Baseball League I use (it's the best online, and It's free!!), and the League Name and Password.

BTW, last season I ran two teams. One was league champion(winning the championship series 4 games to 3). And the other squeaked into the playoffs as the 4th seed, then lost the championship series in 6 games.

Oh, a little about the league. Teams play a 72 game season, each game based on stats from major league players over a 2 day period. Stats are kept in 10 categories, if you win a category, you get a run. If you get more runs than other team you win the game. That's what makes it cool. You can have a bad day and not be fucked for the rest of the year like in point based leagues.

Like I said, let me know. I would like to have the league set up by next week, so I can set my draft pics during my vacation.

This is what I like about baseball. The Cubs games on WGN. I like the singing. At one game early last year Terry Mulholland's gorgeous girlfriend sang the national anthem, quite badly. She was probably incredibly nervous.

Then you got dudes like George Foreman and Mike Ditka singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the seventh inning stretch. What a riot!

So Lasher, you got singing in your fantasy baseball?

I also like to watch the Braves. Maddox and Glavine are cute and I loved that bit with Heather Locklear. "Where's Mark?" LOL!

So Lasher, you got Heather Locklear and other babes in your fantasy baseball? I must say, however, John Rocker is not my type. I'm sure Eve digs him what with his jive wrestling talk and all.

And as far as handicaps are concerned, if you can't compete then you shouldn't play. That's why they have things out there like the LPGA, WNBA, blah, blah, blah...

Uhhh....no singing, no dancing, Cubs games have sucked since Harry Carrey died... Guess I don't have shit to offer ya, Deborah. It's ok, If the league doesn't fill by Wednesday night, it'll get filled with random losers who'll spend the next 6 months wondering what the fuck literotica means. That might be fun, too.

BTW, I've already drafted Rocker for my other team. I can't believe people are by passing him just because he mouthed off. Come september he'll have 40 saves and an ERA around 2.00....
