There are many of us who pledge to serve our country, and to risk our lives in some really shitty places. There are many who come back in a box. The sacrifice made by those who deserve our respect is in juxtaposition to those who take that commitment way too lightly, and basically just don't like America very much. We'd prefer you just STFU, if you can't bear to say thank you!

Blacks represent 13% +/- of the population but they commit 54% of ALL felonies. 98% of the victims of those felonies are also black. So, who called the police when those crimes were committed? The upper middle class white guy living in a gated community? Who testified against the felon in court, some geeky Asian coder?

And if you are a Police Chief with limited resources exactly where are you going to concentrate your law enforcement efforts? Flood that crime ridden gated community with officers? Or would you tend to send them where the crime is? And that crime is being committed in the black communities. Or in the interests of "Social Justice" do you just cordon the war zone off and let anarchy rule?

The problem isn't with the police, it's the rot within their own communities.
