There was this one movie I remember. I don’t think she was in it. But these guys were going to some sort of cheeseburger restaurant school. I’ve really enjoyed Diane Lane. A real innocent and relatable quality to her performances and kind of a girl next door quality to her (if you lived next to the best looking girl in town that is).

I enjoyed her in the western tv mini-series Lonesome Dove. Great cast all around there.

And it was fun to see her as Superman’s adoptive mom, Martha Kent opposite Kevin Costner. Great all American mom and dad to the man of steel.
