Hello...

Life is strange.. I am bisexual guy.. lately I am attracted to one of my co-worker. We go for lunch everyday but since last six months I have started to feel different for that guy.

I think he got that vibe as well... due to work we cant go for lunch regularly anymore but I have that something keeps bothering me...

may be he is avoiding me.. he is a single guy... he always talks about his girl friends but not sure he really has one...

Any tips or getting his attention? I noticed whenever I ignore him, he comes to me. But anyone who have been in similar situation and got success???

I am playing safe to avoid sexual harassment situation... so I am open for suggestion

Ask him for a coffee or something simple and similar outside of the work environment.

Are you out? Are you out at work? Does it matter if you are out at work?
If so, or you don't mind, then casually work into the conversation that you are gay. If you like him, hint at it...show interest in him or his interests. He'll either catch on or he won't. He'll either let you know either way, or he'll run away.

It may take more than one "date" to accomplish this. (And yeah if the word "date" comes up...then run with it..."would you like it to be?" always seems to work!

Good luck, if you want it.

Oh and if he is a subordinate at work, then perhaps you best review company policy, as you have alluded to.

Never dip your pen in the company ink. Especially if you like your job.

I agree with GayTopher. Get together with him outside the work environment. Maybe after work, for a drink. Engage him in converstaion, draw him out. Don't rush anything. make it simple, with no expectations, but be open to possibilities. Make sure it's enjoyable enough that he'll want to do it again.
You can always make it safely macho, by meeting in a sports bar.
The main point is that it should be the two of you away from work together.
Good luck. I had such an opportunity years ago, I wish I'd followed it up.
