This thread is devoted to my art. Most of it is photography, but I might put up some drawings if I get a scanner soon. My photography is sometimes just landscape and sometimes just random views on thigns that may even be in your living room or kitchen, it just depends. Anyways, I hope you enjoy .

Nice work Fallen. I've seen your shots in the Am Pics and happy to see you doing nature shots and art pieces too. I liked clouds 3 and trees 4 for the composition aspects. great contrast and use of leading lines.


Don't stop dong your self portraits though.

Hi Fallen, nice work ... however ...

in trees1 the sky is overexposed and the tree itself doesn't contrast too well. I'm supposing it was a hazy, overcast day - which doesn't help when doing nature photography. Maybe a polarizing filter, and definitely a UV filter, would help.

Also, I generally miss shadows in that photo.

hi FA, Love your work. You have a good eye for composition. I might suggest that the over exposure problem and lack of contrast can be easily addressed in CS3 with a curves adjustment layer. pm me if I can help.

I can dig it. And thank you for doing color photography--even though your colors are muted, it's SO much more interesting than most B/W. & do you paint? Might be a good way to develop your eye for color, if you want to keep on in that direction.

thanx everybody, the contrast and other problems might be because it was a very very gloomy day, but also because I was in a moving car when I took them lol. I was on a trip with my parents and they are not too keen on stopping by the side of the road on an 11 hour trip for me to take pictures. I think my camera did good at taking less blurry pics, but they did come out a bit..color muted.
