I didnt read the whole thing, but I got to the passage you're concerned about:

Lucia turned away from the window where she watched Catherine walk quickly to the chapel, the girl’s supple form shadowed beneath the thin white shift in the sunlight. The nun could see the curve of the girl’s plump breast and the arch at the small of her back. Breathtaking really, though the little dolt had no idea of what charms she possessed. The girl was easily malleable. That is why she had chosen her for them, for their pleasure. It had been so long. The last girl had taken a vow of silence in Florence and was now too wise in her age of twenty-six to play with. This girl, this one was special. She had known Giovanni would love her. Sighed and smiled at Giovanni,

‘It is time then. The game begins.’

Giovanni smiled and moved close to her, dangerously close,

‘She is my taste you know.’

‘Yes, I know. Young, sweet, faithful.’

‘And you are my taste.’ He said, his voice dropping to a low growl.

As Lucia smiled, he pulled the nun’s habit from her hair and let her long hair fall around her shoulders. He kissed her full on the mouth, tasting her tongue, her salty lips, her fervor. He had not kissed her in 12 years.

The story,as I understand it, is referring to two different girls, one, Mother Abbess Lucia, whom he kissed 12 years ago, and whose age is not given, and a girl they had sex with at one time, who is 26 years old now, but no mention is made of her first sexual encounter.

I think you're confusing both these girls for the same girl.

I got the impression that the Father and Mother Lucia seduced the girl (not Catherin) together, implying hte girl to be 14.

Sorry I did not clear this up sooner. They are two different girls. The priest and Lucia had an ongoing affair and the 26 year old girl is a different person. Either way, I didn't do the math in my head and she is not intended to be underage.
And to make other things clear, I envision Catherine to be somewhere between 17 and 19, so for the sake of legality, I suppose she is 18 or 19.

Sorry if I confused anyone.

There are no 14 years old girls in my story.
