I have been making this for a while and thought I’d share the recipe, so that people can discuss how they use it. Small microwaveable cup or dish
Add 2 tsp of cornstarch and maybe around 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cold water
Mix gently then microwave for 30 sec, stir gently, mic for 15, then go down to 5, stir slowly and check
Repeat until it starts to thicken, then stop and let cool. Only ever stir slowly
Once cool, you can add egg white and mix in very slowly to give a real thick globby look to it.
