Fake country to join NATO?

Montenegro is a fake country that was created by the CIA. Its has about the same population as Washington DC. Its half the size of Massachusetts.

The majority of its population speaks Serbian, and most people historically considered themselves Serbs. It was split off from a federation with Serbia after a contentious vote that was largely organized and promoted by western governments. The vote was filled with irregularities and only passed at all due to the votes of the Albanian and Bosnian muslim minorities (majority of Slavs voted to remain with Serbia).

Recent polls show a significant majority of the population do not want to join NATO. Its military consists of less than 2,000 full time service members.

So we are pledging to defend a country that is barely even a country with a population that doesn't want our "protection." Isn't NATO great?
