That's what happened to me. I used to play. Then people told me I was being annoying. So I stopped.

Yeah that is the rub. You have to up your friends list but FB gives you warnings for doing it and silences chat windows as punishment. FB is fucked up.

I must check this - I'm only really on fb to keep in touch with family and friends, and those stupid game things anooy me just as much as when someone puts up a post saying they'll brb coz they are going to the toilet

Because there's maybe three people here who don't like me, and then I immediately get pms telling me not to listen to them from folk who do. I don't send out annoying pms here, which I can only assume is the equivilancy of those notifications.

One of my friends made me feel really bad about it. He was like, "I get 10 of these a day from you. WTF is wrong with you? You used to have a life. At the very least, go fucking draw something. Get off Facebook."

And I thought, "Wow... yeah. I should be doing something constructive."

Then I got tumblr. And I was like, "huh... nope."
