Exxon and Rosneft and Sanctions

Giant Russian Energy Co Rosneft was set to start drilling in the Arctic on a half trillion deal with Exxon, but sanctions for invading Ukraine and annexing Crimea put a complete stop to it. Many speculate that is why incompetent bumbler Rex Tillerson was named S of State.

Now, the new head of Exxon is applying to have the sanctions lifted for this deal. .. to the State Department
