So there was this story (or choose your own adventure or maybe multiple stories connected somehow) focused on all kinds of worms etc.
From what i remember there were like 10 different scenes with choices maybe? So maybe it was chyoa.
There were 2 scenes that i remember.
Students kept throwing worms into teacher's panties and then principal came and she had to go to his office (and i think she was either fired or blackmailed)
Girl (teacher? student?) was in forest with a group and she slipped on mud and fell. She was i think stuck and some worms kept going into her panties.
