I've been trying to find a site or two that has several rather wierd categories. Stories, pics, videos, anything is fine. I've searched this site for a week now, and still cant find anything on them, and been looking on xnxx stories site also. The topics i'm looking for are things like a tied-up slave, having a coke bottle shoved up her ass, and it being emptied, leech/slug related stories, and the like. I know that stories could probably best depict this, and I actually prefer them over pics/videos more than half of the time. Any links/general direction would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Not sure about the coke bottle but as for the creepy-crawlies, this story site is a little too conventional for what you're after. I've got a nice little slug on skin collection (which I could post), and a cool leech-torture movie (which I can't post) but the best place to find fiction on these topics would probably be an "anything goes" alt.sex.stories. repository.
