You can get the same effect by using ANY bodybuilding supplement that says its an "NO2" or "Nitric Oxide" supplement. Its a hemodilator, which just allows you to get a slightly fuller, harder erection. NO-Xplode is an example of one such supplement. They have no lasting effect, just lasts a couple hours.
