Have only done this once accidentally, but it's a possible way to start. We were on a trip on the interstate, she was driving, I was bored, her boobs were just out there begging for attention. Anyway, we ended up unknowingly giving a truckdriver a real show until he started laying on his airhorn in approval. Embarrased my wife, (not me; I have no shame, in case anyone hasn't noticed), but later she confided it was kind of erotic for her.
