Okay, what you need to do is change the time fram for all your folders. In the upper right area there is an option box where you can change the time frame. As default, it should say something about the last 5 days. You need to change that to "from the beginning", and do it in every folder you have. Especially your sent items folder. I hope you understand my rambling. LOL
