Just another word of advice. Edit your first post to reflect your new found drive.

Although this is somthing that reminds me of one of my first times doing interviews...
My boss warned me, "Auraka, look beyond what they are telling you. When someone comes thru that door, and you shake their hand... they introduce themselves. STOP. You've met a representative of that person. Look beyond it, and don't be afraid to ask the questions you need to, to get to know the person that you'll be working with. Not who they want you to think you'll be working with."
The same can be said here, I've heard quite a few horror stories here, and the facts are due to our very human nature... Don't trust everything or everyone. (God this advice has bitten me in the ass so many times, but it's good advice. At least it proves they are listening. Besides I'm a patient guy so it works out.)
