This is something I have done, thought it could make a story. My husband and I play this trivia game, The winner of each game gets a "challenge" you get to make the other go outside (after dark) nude & do 1 thing per challenge used. Anything before 1 a.m. must be done on our back patio. After 1 the front yard is fair play. We can not make each other do anything where the is a fair risk of being caught. It is just the 2 of us so nobody ever has to know.

Well anytime you do anything outside (or inside with open windows) your never sure if you can get caught or if someone is watching.
They just decrease the risk of having the cops arrest them, thus don't have to move to a new neighborhood and introduce themselves as sex offenders to all the new neighbors.
