I Dance. I usually do stretches every morning and then practice dance. It is amazing how flexible the human body can be. Oh and I also do yoga :)

Hullo !!!!

Thought you were on Spring Break as from today??

Not nearly enough I sometimes think....

Rise at 4:30 am each morning....sometimes sleep till 5 or 5:30 on weekends.

Have my first cup of coffee...... check movies on cable.

At 5:30 - hit the treadmill....... 4-miles come hell or high water..... Have a tv in the gym room of my basement...... so watch a movie - speeds up time!!!!

Afterwards, usually lift for 45 mins or so, do sit ups, back sit ups, and then back to the coffee.

Cool down........ jump online, check business messages...... grab a quick bite of breakfast (love the hash browns, sausage, bacon, and eggs), or cherios...

Then off to make money......... build houses... play a round of golf... chastise my staff....... make sure they are all working.......

Body craves the early morning workout! Gets sluggish if I try to skip. Just getting over bad cold, so has been couple of weeks since I did exercise justice.... now the body screams at me to do something!!! :nana:

Come on Lou...... room on my tread for the both of us...... stand in front, I want to watch you run........ no doggy though........ have you ever run at 9200 feet? only breathe every 4th step.........

Work out 4 times a week. 30 minutes of cardio each time (at least).
One upper body workout.
One upper body & abs workout
One abs workout.
One whatever the hell I feel like doin' workout.

I've a very active girl-watcher.

--- Take the dog on long walks.
--- Do charity walks with the dog
--- In the summer, I'll be heading back to the elliptical exercise machine, and the outdoor swimming pool.

Sincerely,
ElSol

Which part is considered the upper body on an aplaca?

Since it's winter, all I do is keep the strength up. I refuse to reduce myself to a treadmill animal or to ride a bike that doesn't go anywhere. When the &%#!@ freezing temperature lets the ¤%#"¤ go of this country and the roads are not covered with ice, I'll start working off the excess. Possibly by swimming if it heats up enough.

I try to do some katas every morning. I teach a karate class 3 times a week and that seems to be all I can manage.
