Apparently I need to tone my ass...;)

That ass looks just fine! ;)

Lately, the last few weeks, the only excercise I have been getting is my fingers dancing across the keyboard! I would be game for this though.

Winter is coming and I dont' want to get lethargic and watch this ass spread over the edge of the computer chair. I have worked to hard to get it where it is at now! :D

I have been thinking about starting this exact thread!

So I guess that makes me in......are we going to have weekly weigh ins and daily logs? I have to be held responsible or else I cheat like a big dog.:D

sounds like a plan to me :D

are we going to do it here or start another thread? I just want to know where to look

I'm in.

Need to lose weight. And, who knows, with the right encouragement, it might just work.

Allright: My goals?

1) Make my qualifications for my Military Service (Starts in May)
2) Lose 10 pounds by Christmas.
3) Lose my virginity....wait....wrong thread.

Oops.

Dragging the old fitness reqs out.....remembering why I hid them in the first place

1) Be able to do 19 push ups.
2) 19 Sit ups
3) 75 kg hand grip
4) 6 Chin ups
Allright, so that parts not the bad part, I can DO that already....it's just #5 that's the killer

5) Be able to do a 2.4 km run in ......under 11:56.

*winces* And I'm starting in WINTER.....brrrrrr.

Hmm Nathan!!!!

All of those goals sound more like they belong in a BDSM thread! OUCH!

My goals are less lofty, I guess.

1) Eat two square meals a day. ( I usually dont' eat until evening and then I snack while I post with you fine people!)
2) Decrease diet soda intake.
3) Walk four times a week outdoors or on the treadmill if it is lousy outside.
4) Lose 1-2 pounds per week. 20 pounds by March.

I Need To

Excerise a bit more self control when it comes to what I eat. My goals are.

1. Stop deliberately missing the early bus into work so I dont have a 30 minute wait for the next one 30 mins = a breakfast in Macdonalds.

2. Just cos the factory that makes the most delicous cookies for the supermarkets is situated just beside our office, it doesnt mean that I have to be one of most frequent customers at the factory shop.

3. When I go to the gym I need to actually workout and stop using it as a place to sit and drink coffee and gossiping whilst waiting for a superfit hubby to finish his workout.

I hit the dreaded big 40 last week and I dont want middle aged spread but my will power seems to have completly disapeared the last few months. I want it back!!!

If someone can tell me an exercise that will put my boobs back up where they are supposed to be, I'll join! :D

Seriously, this is a great idea. Losing weight or getting in shape can be very hard, as we all know. Starting a 'support group' of sorts, not only makes it easier...but a hell of a lota fun!

Good luck to all! :)

dude... its not that bad... just start out walking when you can, and for the distance taht you have to go... then the more you do it, the easier it is... then start running some, run till you cant anymore, regain your breath (and the rest of you), then run till you cant again... and just keep doing that, and you'll be able to do it in no time

Well I"m supose to exersice my legs daily....... I just forget :)

I wouldn't mind joinin for the licks and snuggels.

Howerver i don't have weightloss goals.

Hmmm, goals

1. Lose weight
2. No more stopping at the candy store after work. (Then buying a pound just to get the freebies)
3. Some form of physical activity everyday, other than work.

Problem arises when you're asthmatic and can't breathe. :(

working out

i use to do it everyday.now just 2-3 days a week.got to give your body time to rest

What good timing !

I've just started a weightloss programme and have lost 6lbs in my first week.

I need to start some kind of excercise programme too. It'll be at the gym as I have a good gym on the way home from work - I know I'll be crap at going out from my house to a gym so it's gotta be on the way home from the gym.

So, here's my first couple of goals.

1. Lose all my excess weight sensibly, and carefully.
2. Excercise so I don't feel out of breath all the time.

Oh and by the way, I have decided that I am gonna put £2 for every 1lbs that I lose into a savings account so I can get me one of those flashy, expensive coffee machines :)
