Hey Everyone,
So I decided to really get back into excellent shape about three months ago. It has all gone really well but here's the catch - I am so fucking horny ALL THE TIME.

I'm normally a pretty respectful guy that doesn't stare or anything like that, but since exercising a lot every single reasonably attractive woman I see is stripped and fucked with all my enthusiasm and and sexual rage in my mind's eye.

Involuntary images of ripping open leggings and fucking until I drop, sex in public places - you name it, and I have it - keep coming to me and my mind is just on one track the entire time.

I do well for myself on tinder and such, I have a healthy sex life without a doubt, but I am that full of sex drive that I need more.

The only real way is hard work to be honest. I eat healthy (not effort for me because I am a decent cook), do about 4 hours cardio and 6 hours weights a week.
Working out is rewarding in and of itself for me, so that helps too.
