While searching for an answer today, I happened upon a picture of a woman, that was identified by a journalist. A woman that was one of the architects of the anti-immigration effort. This woman would embrace Dr. John Tanton (truly evil racist fuck) She is a heroine of the Far Right Extremists

Wednesday, with a tweet, (Orange Cheeto-lini) went all in on the winner, Leah Vukmir, who faces Democratic U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin in November.
(Orange Cheeto-lini) also tweeted support for Republican Bryan Steil, bidding to succeed House Speaker Paul Ryan in the 1st Congressional District. Steil will take on Democrat Randy Bryce in the fall.

Unlike the federal judiciary system, U.S. immigration courts fall under the Justice Department’s jurisdiction, and the attorney general can intervene.
The attorney general said in his decision Thursday that the “use of continuances as a dilatory tactic is particularly pernicious in the immigration context” because people in the country illegally who want to remain have an incentive to delay their deportation as long as possible.
Sessions, in an interim decision, said immigration judges could grant motions for continuances in removal cases “only ‘for good cause shown.’”
The “good-cause standard,” he noted, “limits the discretion of immigration judges and prohibits them from granting continuances for any reason or no reason at all.”

Arrona stopped for gas in San Bernardino, California on Wednesday while driving his pregnant wife, Maria del Carmen Venegas, to a local hospital for a scheduled C-section. ICE agents approached the car while it was parked at the gas station and asked the couple to present their identification. When Arrona said he didn’t have his ID with him, the agents took him into custody.
Security footage from the gas station obtained by CBS Los Angeles shows ICE agents leading away Arrona in handcuffs. The footage also shows Venegas frantically calling for assistance in the gas station’s convenience store.
Venegas drove herself the rest of the way to the hospital. She gave birth alone.

Joel Arrona, who stated to ICE he’s in the United States legally, was driving his wife to give birth in San Bernardino, California, only to be detained by ICE when the couple stopped for gas along the way.
