KFC is one of those guilty pleasure foods I indulge in when I get off track.

It's also a sign of age and what we can handle when we're younger to older.

When I was in my twenties I could scoff down several pieces of that juciy greasy chicken.

Now? I eat a three piece meal and it sits like a damn brick.

But its worth it.

Yes, cole slaw is nothing short of awesome. Mashed potatoes and gravy rock. Good green beans and the mac & cheese is sooooo good.

It's really bad for me - the seasonings are a migraine trigger - but once in a while the cravings get bad enough that I'll buy a boxful, just to eat the coating. The chicken itself is disgusting!
