I restarted my account today...talk about freaking me out.
It's been so long since I last actually played, I couldn't make up my mind which character I wanted to play!

Bummer is most of my friends on my server weren't on and those who 'still' talk to me are like in their 40th-60th lvls. Not good for little low lvl me...Sighs

But wow, didn't realize how much I missed running through the zones shouting obscene things at the top of my lungs!

I know this isn't an E.Q. Question...but have either of you been accepted to beta test Anarchy Online? I am trying desperately to download and having no luck!

Celestiale you have a good connection? or are you using a downloading program. Ive never applied for any kinda beta testing so i dont know how the downloading goes but I would think that youd be able to use something either way.

Oh and I dont play Everquest, but I think im gonna dip my hands into Star Wars Galaxies when it comes out. Its made by Lucasarts and the same company that made Everquest so its gonna have to be good.

The big problem is that they released the game to the final 100,000 + beta testers this past friday and everyone and their mother is trying to dl the zip file from one of the EIGHT ftp sites they have up! It's really ridiculous...last night when I tried to dl it again, it said it was going to take 106 HOURS!!!!! Unless I can find someone willing to zip it up and send it to me on a disc or something, I'll just have to wait until it's gone public and is issued on CD I guess.

Theres no way I can help with getting it to ya but umm. Ya might still be able to use a downloading program. Like Flashget or Getright. I dunno. Probably easiest just to wait hun. Sorry!!

LOL, no clue, depends on which server the dude is on. I have always played on the Tribunal Server, though I have been waiting for them to have a switch so I can move my full account to another server. Yet they haven't done that with Trib yet.....

I'd hate to start all over, I have over two years of goofing off put into my characters. And considering I use to own two EQ accounts the lvls my main and second main are is a big thing to me! LOL! I am normally too busy sitting on my pixel butt and talking.


Ugh, I want to try other servers but I just don't want to start from scratch again....

Well...

Should you make your way to the Xev server, please say hi to one of me: Kaynn Qwaichang, 28 Human Monk, Hakk Nslash, 21 Barbarian Warrior, or Rubius, 9 Barbarian Shaman. I've other characters, of course, but these are the ones that get the most play time.

If you are just getting back to EQ, you may not have tried out the Warrens, the relatively new Kobold dungeon, for lvls 1-30. I've been in there for a few levels with Hakk, and having a great time. Very nice loot, for the level.

Y'know, when Anarchy Online comes out, maybe we could all plan to join the same server, if there are separate servers? I'm not going to beta-test it, but I'll very likely pick up a copy when it hits the shelves.
