EverQuest Rant!

It's bad enough that in order to run the new expansion I'll have to upgrade my comp (Which I can't anytime soon) But to know that everyone who has upgraded can now see you in the new graphics and that the new graphics are defaulted because you dont have the upgrade SUCKS!

My main is a blonde High Elf Cleric...a fucking blonde! Not some god damn brunette Elf! Yet, since I dont have the expansion those who do have it get to see the nasty default graphics of my character because I cant change her to the way she should look!

I know I know, the new graphics don't look that bad but damnit, Wil is a blonde! I don't even want to know what Mistress Ninou my Erudite Shadow Knight looks like anymore!

I only know how I now look to others because a friend took some screen shots of me

because of the Everquest expansion pack, I've lost one of my best friends. All he does in all his free time is play that game...I've gone from talking to him every day to talking to him maybe five minutes in the past two weeks.

It's nice to have a hobby but I miss him.
