I used to be and, to be honest, at times I miss it. A LOT.

Played for several years until life got complicated, and I started having computer issues, didn't keep up with the expansions, etc.

My favorite character was a barbarian beast lord. Damn her wolf was sexy...

I went to WoW for a bit on the advice of a guildmate and it just didn't take. I loved the jokes, etc, in the game, but it didn't have the sense of wonder I still had for EQ after all those years.

Sorry. Not what you're looking for, but I appreciate the momentary nostalgia that you inspired.

Honestly? You're exactly what I was looking for - someone who knows, loves, and hates - all at the same time - EQ... *grin*
