This oughta change that I think...........

now for a little reality

Hey Chuckus, I heard N.C. cops are now using 100 or so Camaros for pursuit vehicles. Only officers that have taken a special driving course and have clean records will be allowed to have them.

Help! Where is that pic from Chuckus? I'm coming to Charlotte in a few weeks, I don't need to meet any more SC or NC State Patrolmen.

All the time, and I've never been caught by an aircraft - yet. I was caught on an Air Force base once (Elmendorf); if I recall correctly the whole base is posted at something like 25 MPH, even the back end behind the runway where it is like a country road. That is where the cardboard cop caught me going 10 over in an area where there was no other car on the road, no houses, nothing but secure installations far off the road.

I seem to get caught about once a year.

True True True Kitten Eyes, they are out there and the officers do have to take a special course........in fact they are using a modified version of the SS Camaro. They are quick and have a top speed around 160 I think........

I dunno, I think it was down in SC actually near Shaw Air Force Base on I-20 or maybe I-26 outside Columbia SC.

Funny ain't it? That sure would get my attention. LOL :D

Indiana has used z-28 camaros and trans ams for pursuit for over 10 years....they earn their keep.

Last time I got a ticket, the ticket was written for 100 in a 55. Although the office clocked us at 135 and was nice since we pulled over and were very cordial and polite to him. Lost my license for a year on that one............and my insurance quadrupled on me....OUCH.

Cruise control. That's all I have to say. :D

Good one April. One problem, what if you set your cruise at 90 mph? Then it is tooooooooo late!!!!!

i drive a 2000 grand caravan, usually with a kid in the back...even if a cop caught me speeding he'd probably just assume his radar thingie was screwed up

ms hotwheels i'm not

(in its defense, that minivan has a five disc CD changer and eleven infinity speakers - it's a great cruise-mobile)
