Have you ever met anyone online, like say thru this place and love them?

Are you living or even married with them?

Would you think this is wide spread sorta thing or just to the lucky select?

I've met someone I really love and adore to bits and I'm working on the above :heart:

Yep met him online in 2000 became good friends, fell madly became bf/gf in 2001 we're together almost 2 years before life happened and we went our different ways
Eventually after the hurt lessoned we have managed to remain good friends

ok, so you are thinking it's a parody thread? Or that people can't fall in love from meeting online?

It's definatly possible. I know of serveral people fom LIT who have gotten married after meeting here.

Yes, I have.

At the time, mutal friends of friends decided to introduced me to Revluc. The problem was he was out West and I was in Texas, at the time, so the only way for us to "meet" was online--not on Lit. We had a strictly online relationship for 5 months before we met f2f. I was crazy about him before I met him f2f. He was, but wasn't as sure, until he went back to where he was living and couldn't stop thinking about me. I was all he talked about to his friends and family.

Then, two months later, he moved from the place he had lived his whole life, gave up a good job, and came halfway across the country to be with me.

Nine years ago today, he asked me to marry him. We've been married for 8 years now.
