Ever have all the Cookies on your PC just expire all at once?

Either someone has been messing with my PC with is unlikely or my OS fucked up. All the cookies on my PC seem to have expired or been erased.

Al the sites I used to log onto easy I have to struggle to remember passwords all over again today.

WTF happened?
