I feel like calling them "ethnic women" is pretty derogatory and suggests some superiority you have over them. Perhaps using terms like "white guy seeks black women/ African Queen" or "any Latina women on lit?" At the very least you could say "any non white women want to chat". Just a suggestion, seeing how your multiple bump attempts have failed to elicit any noticeable interest.
