The extreme anti-personality cult that the media and the establishment orchestrated and incited for the past five years against President Trump clearly has worked to some extent to damage his popularity with slightly more than half the public.

Never before in human history has one individual been so systematically demonized and slandered at least while still alive. Not even Hitler, Sadam Hussein, or George W. Bush were attacked in the press during their lifetimes as much as Donald Trump has been since he came down the escalator that fateful day in 2015. Over 90 percent of the mainstream media coverage of President Trump has been negative, much of it vicious personal attacks and vilification.

Yet this cult of anti-personality toward Trump himself has left the America First and populist policies he stands for mostly ignored. The policies haven't been the focus, in fact some of the attacks on Trump actually still try to claim he has "no real ideology." They have done nothing to discredit or destroy the underlying America First ideology which is unarguably stronger and more mainstreamed than it was 5 years ago.

While the America First policies will be reversed for now if Harris/ Biden do end up being installed in office, the ideology itself hasn't been damaged. This failure on the part of the establishment will allow America First to continue to grow in support even without Trump as its primary advocate.
