From Wikipedia: - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_hysteria
It was a popular diagnosis in Western nations, during the Victorian era, for women who exhibited a wide array of symptoms including faintness, nervousness, insomnia, fluid retention, heaviness in abdomen, muscle spasm, shortness of breath, irritability, loss of appetite for food or sex, and a "tendency to cause trouble".
Patients diagnosed with female hysteria would sometimes undergo "pelvic massage" — manual stimulation of the woman's genitals by the doctor to "hysterical paroxysm", which is now recognized as orgasm. [...] Hysteria was noted quite often in virgins, nuns, widows and, occasionally, married women.

So!... I'd like to read stories about virginal and / or sexually deprived women in the Victorian era who have this condition, and undergo having pelvic massage as treatment. I want to read lavish detail of a woman holding up her skirts / petticoats, etc, and being driven crazy by odd early vibrators held by secretly wildly aroused doctors.
The doctor who performs this massage (very clinical in nature) becomes secretly sexually aroused, and the woman opens her thighs and has an incredible orgasm, possibly squirting over his face.. and the patient probably goes back for more.
