Hi my name is Hugo and I am a Hypnotist. (I stole this intro from Igor Ledochowski)

I want to share my goto resources for learning Erotic Hypnosis.

First, you start by learning HYPNOSIS. Once, you've learned the principals of Hypnosis you can specialize in any aspect, that appeals to you, like erotic hypnosis.

IN MY OPINION, if I could only suggest one "reference" under $20 to get a decent foundation of what happens in the hypnotic process I would RECOMMEND..............Reality is Plastic by Anthony Jacquin.

(If your a Prime member I believe this ebook is STILL FREE....FREE....)

Some experienced Erotic Hypnotist's might suggest another book specifically written about EROTIC HYPNOSIS, is the best starter book, but IN MY OPINION, you learn to walk before you learn to run, and Reality is Plastic is the PRIMER to learning the basics of introducing someone into the Trance State.

If asked to recommend the best INTRO to Hypnosis Video Course, without hesitation I would recommend Gerald Kein's Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced HypnoTherapy Certification Course. The advanced videos, are over kill, since they focus on Hypnotherapy, but are worth listening to.

You have to know the Dave Elman Induction. (In my opinion-Unless your a Ericksonian Hypnotist)

The Dave Elman induction, is 100% effective, 100% of the time, (with a willing trance-partner) to achieve the trance-state.

The Beauty of the Dave Elman Induction it has built in, testing of the trance-ritual. As you proceed, with the Dave Elman Induction, you NEVER proceed to the next step of the ritual unless you have COMPLIANCE with your current step.

Here is an example of Sean Micheal Andrews doing the Dave Elman

Folks I liked when I was learning basic Hypnosis.

Igor Ledochowski
Sean Micheal Andrews
Richard Nongard
Rory Z Fulcher
Sean Micheal Andrew (His 2 DVD Dave Elman tutorial is the bomb)
Anthony Jacquin
Ormond McGill (A bit advanced - He believes a bit in Mesmerism)
Dave Elman

This is a good place to talk about HYPNOTIC CONSENT. I am a FIRM BELIEVER of INFORMED CONSENT, others here will disagree with me, feeling a deeper more detailed consent is warranted. I don't do CHANGE WORK. I don't play with trance-partners "fantasies" I do Stand-Up Impromptu Hypnosis, like: you can't say your name, you can only talk martian, your feet are stuck to the floor, you get the idea stage hypnosis, done on the fly is what I do. SO for me informed consent works.

If you are doing Hypnosis "playing" inside your trance-partners "fantasies" I would recommend Enthusiastic Consent. Enthusiastic Consent; you per-negotiate the boundaries of the complete hypnotic session.

After Care, I do demonstrative hypnosis (stage like hypnosis), benign, "tricks-of-the-mind" hypnosis, your feet are stuck to the floor, if your doing Erotic Hypnosis, you definitely should MAKE TIME, to get feed back from your trance-partner of the good and bad of the hypnotic session.

Igor is fantastic. I highly recommend the Mind Play books by Mark Wiseman.

We totally agree about the importance of aftercare, it also has the added bonus of functioning as feedback, as we are constantly tweaking and re-editing our scripts, even after all these years.
