How often do you remember your dreams, whether they are sex dreams or everyday dreams (if there is such a thing)?

And when you do have sex dreams, are they mostly about people you know?

I find that I remember a lot of my dreams, and that my dreams tend to be vivid and scary. Not necessarily nightmares, but a lot like the supernatural and horror books I read and shows I watch.

I also find that when I dream about sex, my partner is often either faceless, or seems to be totally made up, someone I don't recognize. (Though there has been the random celebrity sighting. The boys from Mumford and Sons, anyone? That was a good one!)

When I talk to my friends about dreams, most of them say they never remember their dreams.

Strangely, I've had very few sex dreams. And the dreams I do remember, none of them get to the point of penetration. Kissing, undressing (if it didn't start out that way) and foreplay, yeah but I've always woken up before actually closing the deal.

Only one of these sex dreams was about someone I knew. It was about my 3rd grade math teacher. She was a black woman with a big booty and I dreamed that she was making me kiss her ass at gunpoint. She was lying more or less sphinx like but her torso was turned pointing a police special at me. I was lying between her legs, kissing and licking her big ass. What can I say? I was a freaky little kid. Now...I would have gladly done this for this woman anyway. I have no idea about why I was being forced to do this.

The rest of my sex dreams were about women I didn't know. They weren't faceless but they weren't anyone I recognized either. All in all I recall maybe 4 or 5 dreams and only the one I talked about above involved a bdsm theme.

I have had some very vivid sex dreams that I have remembered in detail because I ended up waking from them in the midst of an orgasm.

It only happens maybe twice a year, but when it does...whew! Had one of these last month, and even wrote some of it down, because it was so fresh in my mind. I should find someone who does dream analysis to sort it out for me.

I remember my dreams (and have such interesting ones) often enough that I've kept Dream Journals for the past 8 years.

Yes, I definitely have sex dreams. I've actually been having them a lot lately due to randomly remembering this (hot, slutty) girl I was friends with in middle school.
