I really enjoy writing all kinds of erotica but I am currently trying to work out a story that seems to be gnawing at me. It's along the "vampire" lines.. very graphic.. but I don't want to fall into the same old cliches.. anybody got any ideas for some interesting twists.. other than "vampire bites girl.. girl turns into vampire"?

Concider this little twist for your Vampire story:

Vampire is stalking other victim & keeps running into this other person, seemingly by accident. Just when Vampire is about to pounce on intended victim, here comes our little nosy-body, so the Vamp pounces the irritant instead, then discovers that this one has rather tasty, rather intoxicating, rather addictive blood. Vampire actually passes out for a few seconds. When our Vamp wakes up, feeling responsible for drinking far too much & possibly creating a new Vampire by accident, the Vampire goes looking for the victim only to find that the pounced victim hasn'turned into a Vampire.

Twist:The victim is a Werewolf with the hots for this particular vampire & had been stalking them instead. They can't be turned into a Vampire and can hadle the extremes of pleasure an ordinary mortal can't.

Perhaps you might want to look into some of the 'vampire' legends of the far east. Asia has a very different tradition of 'hungering dead' from the European tales that make up most of modern vampire lore. There were dead that fed on a great number things from the living. There were vampires that fed on unborn children still in the womb, or that fed on breath or the tears of the dying. If your wanting a twist, you might consider giving the 'demon lover' one of these exotic twists.

What if the vampire had a very long and nimble tongue, and fed upon the blood from a woman's menses? Or the vampire was female and fed upon the seed of her male lovers? Not necessarily things that would appeal to all people, but it would definately be different from the standard Ricean inspired fare.
