Employers giving managers special sex harassment training for holiday parties

It wasn't enough they had to rename them "holiday" parties, now they are making sure nobody has any fun.

Its time to just pull the plug and move on. Just have an end of year luncheon. Why subject people to a bunch of rules and treat them like children, and not even say what "holiday" you're actually celebrating?

Stop forcing everybody to go to these watered down, hypocritical, no fun events.

They have outlived their usefulness.

Managers are warned to "be on the lookout for women being uncomfortably dragged under mistletoe" or forced to "sit on Santa's lap" during the special training sessions, with the classes noting that a manager could be personally liable if they "if they observe problematic behavior and fail to intervene."

I ask this as first we couldn't drink,thanks lawyers and those Mad mommies, then the insurance companies raised rates on companies after law suits from drunk drivers and work place injuries.

Then the offended people got upset over the Holiday, the food ,where it was held.

The Santa race issue, then gender and the famous bonus check upset!

And then the sexually assault stuff started happening?

There's a lot of therm's that just ruined everything unless you just ignore them and enjoy life.
