So, if you don't believe in Systemic Racism I doubt this case would convince you.

200 attempts and a century of trying to pass an anti-lynching hate crime bill....go figure. Most of that time Congress has been mostly white guys. Again, go figure! Coincidence?

Chuckles....still a racist Country, but maybe a little less so today

Not joining in on some (D)umb fuck virtue signal isn't "systemic racism" ya fuckin' idiot... LOL

Murder is illegal, the end.

Literally the least racist country on the planet.

And it's not any less racist because of an idiotic virtue signal.

it's shameful that it took so very long to pass this
Yes, shameful. An embarrassment. Hate crimes go beyond just the various charges and should have an added layer of judicial severity when it comes to who commit race crimes.

It clear we still have a lot.of racists who will either have to hide or face the extra time now.

Lynchings are extremely rare nowadays anyway. This is a bill that might have helped things in the 1950s.

Is that for whites too?? Or just POC?

How? Was murder legal in the 50's??
Yes, if the killer was white, the victim black, the jury white, and the state Southern. The point of federal anti-lynching law, as proposed at the time, was to take the matter away from the local courts.

So says this supporter(BiBobodicksiebotato Racist) of Derek Chauvin, convicted murderer of George Floyd, a black man. Chauvin cannot be convicted of this federal hate crime since the Emitt Til bill had not passed and been signed into law.

Murder is illegal....why do you support a convicted murderer then? Could it be because he killed a man you consider inferior?

I think we all know the answer Bobo Racist.

LMFAO!! No.

It's a virtue signal to ban what's already illegal.

It's like the 'equal rights' amendment, when we already have 14A.

Everyone deserves a fair trial, even Derek Chauvin.

Your hatred of justice and rule of law notwithstanding of course.

Chauvin cannot be convicted of this federal hate crime since the Emitt Til bill had not passed and been signed into law.

Even if it was it couldn't be because it wasn't a lynching.

Murder is illegal....

Then the end.

why do you support a convicted murderer then?

Because I support rule of law and equal rights to due process.

Why do you want to live in the era of witch hunts and woke inquisitions??

Could it be because he killed a man you consider inferior?

No.

I think we all know the answer Bobo Racist.

I think you would love to engage in such ascription.

But you'd be full of shit as usual.

Can't you just agree it's a good law? It's like you WANT lynching to be legal. I mean, seriously, come on.

Can't you just agree it's a good law?

No, redundant virtue signals aren't good laws.

Murder should be illegal, simple as that.

It's like you WANT lynching to be legal.

No, not at all, I just don't see it as somehow special or distinct from any other premeditated murder.

I mean, seriously, come on.

Come on what?? Separate rational law from virtue signaling fee fees.... I mean, seriously, come on.

He cannot...just like he can't understand that murder isn't just murder....there are different types with different penalties, just like he can't understand that inflation isn't getting paid less, it's getting paid the same amount that now is worth less, just like he can't understand that Chauvin is a convicted murderer (that he supports).

But ask him if Mumia Is unfairly convicted here in Philly and guess what....Mumia is a murderer.

This is his mo....with all his alts. Best to ignore him...or play with him and get him worked up.

Never point out where I'm wrong though.

Imagine that

Nope, your ascriptions are bullshit. I don't know shit about the case.

Your lies are not my mo.

You can't ignore me, because I get you worked up. :D

He's just a contrarian. The only thrill in his pathetic existence is to argue with his betters on the internet.

Only to the authoritarian collectivist like you comrade!!

And if you were really my better you would have to go around saying so all the time.... trying to convince yourself.

No it's a leftist fantasy.
It is a historical fact that in the South at any time between the Civil War and 1960s, a white who killed a black was almost certain to escape any punishment for it. A white who was part of a lynch mob was absolutely certain to escape punishment. In those days lynchings were sometimes advertised in advance, in the newspapers.
