Did you ever find anything good on the beach???

Lots of sea glass. Back in the early 20th century there was a soft drink bottling plant right on the waterfront. At the end of every shift, they would sweep all their broken glass into the harbor. After years of being rolled in the sand by the tides, it takes on an almost jewel like appearance. Very collectible.

I wrote a scene in Mary and Alvin, where she finds a piece of sea glass and he spirits it away and has a necklace made for her with it.

I coach a bit of swimming for the social interaction with normal people. Those girls are built like the girls I see swimming, which is why I asked. you can see she's strong from the musculature of her quads, and those biceps are chefs-kiss.
