No, people are not allowed to post E-mail addresses publically on Lit per these Site Rules. Unfortunately, many people do post their E-mail in their sig lines even though that is a violation of the same rules and is a big pain in the butt for the site owners to go through and remove them. I am politely asking you if you'll remove it from your sig line.

Yes, people can download the vCard. Also, in your User Control Panel you can click on Edit Options where you can change many of your options at Lit. One of which is a box you can check that says "receive Email from other members". It's a more "discreet" Lit-allowable way for people to E-mail back and forth.
