i am not a writer, but i was wondering---
could someone please tell me if it's possible for literotica authors to write a response back when you send them an anonymous email from the link on the bottom of their story? thanks

If the author is willing to accept anon feedback, then you can send it.

If you supply an email addy when you send the anon feedback, then the author can reply.
