Email Notification to thread responses?

I don't use it and I don't remember to go back and respond to everyone. Usually they've carried on just fine without me.

thread........its easier for me......cuz i lose track if i
didn't

I turned it off months ago and have felt liberated ever since.

I might miss a response or two, but in general I don't have trouble keeping up.

Look down, no farther than that. Down under the posts here. It says "Subscribe to this thread."

I use that for the ORP threads I'm in so I don't forget.

I turned the email notification off about 6 months ago.
Pain in the ass! Especially when I was involved in a lot of threads.
I'm pretty good at keeping up with the threads I participate in, though I am sure I have missed a few responses along the way. But not many.

If I've posted something with the intention of having a specific person see it, I do a search on that person's posts next time I'm back on. Other than that, I don't care, as KM said. I doubt I'll come back here. (OK, now that I said that, I'll have to see if anyone commented on it.)

I never understood how to use that feature and didn't investigate cause it sounded weird and scary like most computer features.

I will say that three months and six days ago at 3:14pm Eastern time, I responded to a post made by KM and she still hasn't responded.

I'm so pissed.

I get too much junk e-mail as it is. If I want to see if anyone has responed to my posts, i just do a search for my own name over the past day or week.

Do a search on your own name to find threads you've posted to the next time you are back at Lit. Easier than getting notified by email and you won't miss any of them.

Chey, people call me KM. You can't do a search on less than 4 letters.

But you can search for threads you've posted to because those would be using your fullname. You're right, if you do the search on the left of the screen (in search) it won't work with KM.
