I know there are several types of software/spyware available that can record all keystrokes made on your computer, and other softwares that will make a "movie" of all web page views. I think that these programs run behind windows... My question is this: Is there any way I can tell if one of these programs has been installed on my computer? Will a program such as "End it All" turn off spyware such as this? As someone who has a very prudish wife, i worry that she would freak out if she ever found out about my (what i consider to be normal) liking for porn and other erotic sites such as this. I am take all the normal precautions such as clearing temp/cookies/history. Thanks for any help in advance and please no lectures on how I shouldnt be hiding anything in the first place. We all have our fetishes and some are just not meant to be shared...lol

I would never presume to judge your relationship with your wife. Obviously, you keep secrets from her, but they are neither harmful nor destructive, so I can't see where you should worry that people might lecture you on them.
As for your question...
I've tried similar programs, though not yours in particular, and had great success in removing spyware from my computer. Also, most such programs will first perform a systems check, and inform you of what has been installed on your computer. Again, I must admit ignorance of your particular program.
One question that you didn't address was, assuming that such spyware exists on your computer, and assuming that the measures which you take are unsuccessful, is your wife capable of accessing those files? The vast majority of the people that have access to my computer have little or no knowledge of such, and would be hardpressed to access my site history if I left them detailed instructions, never mind doing so on their own.
