Either tonight or in a few days, I'll need a UK/Irish editor.

Namely, preferably someone with expertise in the Victorian era's required to look over something - vanilla M/F details at the moment, but hopefully interesting. (I'll edit this post to note if it takes a turn into anything else.) My degree is in Early Modern English, so I'm not as well-versed in Victorian era as some others. I got the idea for a story therein based on some Early Modern research I've done, and it won't let go.

I'm vaguely concerned with historical details (though I think I've gotten it mainly right) but I'm more concerned about not breaking the flow with unintentional Americanisms - I don't want to 'write British,' as that's not my voice, but I want to ensure the characters themselves have proper voices (M Corkonian, F Thameside Londonian). I don't want to have the characters using the preterite instead of the pluperfect, or saying 'gotten' instead of 'got' in their dialogue; you get the drift. Anyone up for a proofread of something fairly short (one-shot, and I can't see it topping 6k words)? Please PM or post here and let me know.

ETA: Got one. Thanks. If any OTHER people come along and want to have a look, feel free to offer as well.
