Editor needed! Probably only minor changes needed

I have submitted what I think is a pretty complete story about five times. and I keep getting the same rejection notice about problems with my punctuation in quote marks. I think I've gotten them all, but it still gets rejected.

So, I imagine I've missed something somewhere and I'm so sick of reading it and looking for something I keep missing I'm about to walk away from it completely. I'm asking for an editor to help me out as a last chance.

It's incest/taboo - no sex yet. It's the first part in what will hopefully be a series. 6000 words - I like to think it's pretty complete. Just has some issues somewhere.
