I am sure that the answer to my question is common knowledge but I was wondering if there was a way to edit your stories after they had been posted. I put an aside at the top of my story and now I would prefer if it was not on there. Can anyone help me answer this question?!?!!? Thanks so much! Have a great Tuesday!!!

You have to re-submit the edited version. Put EDITED along with the title so Laurel knows it's not a new story, but a replacement.

Yes you can edit it.

It involves uploading the story again and writing that it is an edited version (in caps, in the comments box I think) then Laurel will swap versions.

I'm pretty sure there are site instructions for this somewhere.

KM will know and may enlighten you if she's off the rag now.

Weird Harold knows everything. He may pop in. Please. Somebody. Anybody who actually knows what they're talking about.

Edited to include I hate synchronous posts.

Stress not, Gauche. You were right while the Madame was, as usual, even righter :). And I fully agree with your edit note. Synchronous posts, are a hateful abomination not to mention being a real drag.

Blah, gauche. I wasn't on the rag to begin with. I don't get PMS bitchy for another two weeks. I was coming down off of summer school stress out week. I had two essays, three essay answer homework assignments, parts of A Midnight Summers Dream and Hamlet (tiny parts) to memorize and perform before an audience, and a Stastics Final Exam and a Shakespeare Final Exam all to be done last week. I normally handle stress by making like a landed trout but this week was special. I'm getting a headache again just thinking about it. Why didn't you tell me Shakespeare used so many freaking words, gauche?

Anyway.

Yeah, Sweet Muffins, what they said. :)

That's what makes him so much easier to learn Muffie. You only have to get the order right without repeating.

Muff: It's been established that Sh're used about 30,000 different words in his works, and about 885,000 in total. He invented or used about 1700 words that had never been used before in English.

Obviously given the numbers above he repeats words, but who can match something like,

"Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile"
Love's Labour's Lost, 1.1.77

Cheating Bastard!

THANK YOU ALL! I would like to take this opportunity to say that I love everyone on Literotica. You all are like a family here (complete with the usual nagging and pestering of the siblings!) I hope everyone has a great day!!!

P.S.
Sorry I am such an idiot! I should've looked in the FAQs to begin with. Thanks for being so patient!

Quick capture her and put her on display as a newbie that didn't get mauled and thinks we're ok. Where's the net?
