Editing my signature

Hi,

I just managed to publish my fourth story here and would want the links to show in my signature. My problem: I cannot find the button to edit or even create my signature. Clicking on my thumbnail does not yield any such button.

Why is that? A bug? Or are there some requirements to be eligible to this funcion that I do not meet yet?
