Edited Submission Not Corrected over a Week Later

Does anyone know who I'd go about contacting about an edited story submission that has yet to be updated? I submitted it over a week ago, and kept checking back, and it never got updated. Yesterday, just to be sure the file went through, I uploaded it again, but still nothing.

Is there someone I can contact about this? I have the 3rd chapter of my story ready to submit, but I don't want to until I can get the corrected Chapter 2 online.

Did you append - EDIT to the end of the title?

Did you put in the notes field that this was an EDITed submission?

Are there still two entries for that story in your stories list?

Yup, I did all of the above when I originally submitted it, and thank you!

Just an aside...EDITs ar the last items processed. It might take a week if there is contest in progress.

Very occasionally, I've had things somehow drop out of the queue for no discernible reason, meaning I was waiting patiently and the piece was not getting processed. Sending Laurel a polite query did the trick. She has so many stories to read and deal with.

Yeah, I've edited some stuff a while ago and it took a week.

I put an EDIT up a week ago, it was cleared in two days.

It was for a new story, to lose a dozen words - the very last sentence of the original rolled over to a new page. I made it very clear in the Notes what I had done and why.
