Edit & contacting webmaster troubles

The site says it takes up to 48 hours for re-edits to be affixed on stories. It's been four days, longer than the usual submission pending process, and no changes. To make matters worse, I can't seem to be able to contact the webmaster like the FAQS section suggested I do. It sends me to a blank page when I try to email the webmaster. Help?
